SkillSwap Ai chat coach offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for SkillSwap Ai chat coach are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our transactions.

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to subscribe.
2. Locate your SkillSwap order and follow the prompts to request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
3. Alternatively, contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you raise the request with Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for change of mind, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations can also be made through paddle.net.

Exceptions

Where required by applicable consumer law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers), those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not affected by it.
